Verification levels
Every profile and shop shows a level so you know who you're dealing with. Higher levels mean more has been confirmed.

An extra check for sellers who host Pasabuy. You need to be ID verified first, then send two valid IDs and a selfie with both IDs, taken in the app. The Hanapp team reviews them by hand. Each trip also needs a ticket that Hanapp checks.
A level shows what was confirmed, not a promise about every deal. Keep your chats in Hanapp, and report anything that feels off.
